The Certification:

The certification process includes a two-day session that will introduce to you Genos’ core concepts and the tools available to support you in developing positive EI behaviors in individuals and teams.

In addition, you will complete your own EI 360 assessment prior to the start of the session, and you will be debriefed at the session as a way to help you become familiar with the assessment process.

After the two-day session, we will ask that you select a colleague or client that you can guide through their own EI 360 as a “case study.” After completing the requirements of the case study, you will be certified in the use of Genos 360 and invidual EI assessment instruments.

• For Coaches, Trainers and other Human Development Consultants: Learn to administer and integrate EI into your human development work.
  
• For HR and Internal Trainers: Learn to administer and integrate EI into your internal learning and leadership development pograms.
  
• For Business Leaders: Deepen your own knowledge to better execute EI in your team or division to drive powerful results.

Session Specifics:

The session will be held in Atlanta in the convenient Buckhead area. You will receive a confirmation of the final details and instructions to complete your EI 360 approximately three weeks prior to the session. Please be aware the session will run from 9-5 each day with homework given overnight.

There is an optional third day for professionals who would like to deepen their knowledge to apply EI concepts in consulting with organizations and teams.
